Lojain is a Junior Associate at KN&P. She earned her bachelor’s degree in law from Prince Sultan University with Second Honors.
Her experience includes a COOP at Al Tamimi & Company, an internship with Dentons supporting the corporate and commercial team, and a summer placement at the General Authority of Media Regulation. She brings strong research, drafting, and bilingual communication skills, with growing interest in international trade, sports, and media law.
- Conducts legal research and prepares concise memos on Saudi statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Assists in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents under supervision.
- Supports due diligence by organizing data rooms, reviewing contracts, and summarizing key findings.
- Prepares bilingual correspondence and translates legal documents (Arabic–English).
